ENDLESS EDEN TERMS OF SERVICE, EFFECTIVE DATE: MARCH 2023

Welcome to Endless Eden. By booking or using any of the services I offer, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your relationship with Endless Eden, a service provided by Bethany Ward LLC, and outline the conditions under which services are provided. Please read them carefully.

Endless Eden, operated by Bethany Ward, offers the following services:

1. Grief Companionship
   I provide support for individuals and families processing grief.
   Rates: $75 - $125 per session (sliding scale).
2. Spiritual Direction
   I offer guidance in exploring spiritual concerns, particularly in the context of end-of-life transitions.
   Rates: $75 - $125 per session (sliding scale).
3. Death Midwifery / Doula Services
   I assist and support individuals throughout the dying process, providing physical, emotional, and spiritual care.
   Rates: $300 - $700 per service (sliding scale).
4. Home Funeral Guidance
   I offer personalized support and guidance for home-based funerals, including legal and logistical considerations.
   Rates: $300 - $700 per service (sliding scale).
5. Funeral Celebrancy
   I provide customized funeral and memorial services tailored to individual and family wishes.
   Rates: $250 - $550 per service (sliding scale).
6. Educational Resources
   I offer workshops, guides, and digital resources on end-of-life care and planning.
   Rates: $35 - $75 per resource, depending on the offering.
7. Complimentary Services
   Initial consultations, phone calls, and email communications related to ongoing services are provided free of charge.

To promote equitable access to end-of-life care services, I operate on a sliding scale payment system for certain services. You are invited to choose a rate within the specified range that reflects your financial situation. All rates are in USD.

For example:

• Spiritual Direction: You may pay any amount between $75 and $125 based on your financial capacity.
• Death Midwifery: The fee ranges from $300 to $700. You are free to choose an amount that works best for you.

For each service, a formal contract outlining the specific terms, scope of service, and fee structure will be sent to the client. All contracts will be sent and signed electronically via HelloSign. This ensures a secure, legally binding agreement and simplifies the process for both parties.

1. Booking Services:
   To schedule services, you may contact Endless Eden via the contact form, phone or email. I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Appointments may be booked for in-person or virtual sessions, depending on your preference and location.
2. Initial Consultation:
   All new clients are entitled to a complimentary initial consultation, either in person, by phone, or virtually. This consultation helps assess your needs and determine how best I can support you.
3. Cancellations:
   Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) or a missed appointment, you may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the session cost. Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

• Payment Methods:
  Payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise arranged. I accept payment via credit/debit card or check. I do not accept cash nor do I use money transfer apps.
• Invoices and Receipts:
  After each service, you will receive an invoice via email. If paying electronically, a receipt will be sent once the payment is processed.
• Refunds:
  Due to the nature of end-of-life care, refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please reach out to me to discuss the matter, and we will work toward a resolution.

I respect your privacy and am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information and experiences shared during our sessions. This applies to all services, including spiritual direction, grief companionship, and any consultations.

1. Use of Personal Information:
   Personal information collected during the course of our work (e.g., names, contact details, and sensitive discussions) will only be used for the purpose of providing the service and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
2. Exceptions to Confidentiality:
   There are legal exceptions to confidentiality, such as if there is reason to believe you are at risk of harming yourself or others. In these cases, appropriate authorities will be contacted to ensure your safety and well-being.

As a provider of end-of-life care, I uphold the highest ethical standards. This includes respecting your values, beliefs, and personal choices throughout the process. I follow the guidelines established by recognized bodies in the fields of death midwifery, spiritual direction, and grief care.

1. Non-Discrimination:
   Endless Eden serves all individuals regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or cultural background.
2. Client Autonomy:
   You have the right to make decisions regarding your care, including discontinuing services at any time.

While I strive to provide the best care and guidance, Endless Eden (under Bethany Ward LLC) cannot be held responsible for outcomes beyond my control. By engaging with my services, you acknowledge that the emotional and spiritual nature of end-of-life care may not guarantee specific results, and that Endless Eden is not liable for any perceived dissatisfaction or unmet expectations. I am a non-medical, non-licensed presence at end-of-life.

Endless Eden reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and posted on my website. Your continued use of my services after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
